My journey is one of both loss and transformation. I know what it means to carry weight—physically, emotionally, and mentally. Over time, I made the commitment to take ownership of my health and lost over 200 pounds, rebuilding not just my body, but my discipline, mindset, and sense of self.
At the same time, I’ve walked through seasons of profound grief—losses that changed me and required me to rebuild from the inside out.
These experiences shaped how I show up today. I don’t coach from theory—I coach from lived experience, leadership, and the deep understanding that real change requires both strength and compassion.
